It's 15 years old and has dips either side where we've lain and it's most likely going to the tip but if anyone urgently needs a mattress, it's yours.
It has stains (pictured) - they are tea stains only. We always have morning tea in bed and have two bouncing beagles so those sorts of accidents happen.
It's now in the plastic bag that our new mattress came in.
The make is SprungSlumber Royal Care - depicted on one of the pictures.
Various wood pieces left over after completing a house extension/renovation. e.g. door frame, door, oak window sills, rafter/joist off cuts. Some large logs. Some stored behind barn under roof cover; more under barn roof on rack. I can provide ladders. Preferably take all as moving house
My little freezer gave up the ghost and I had a Sunday Carvery with friends to cook and get everything eaten. Now I need to start again. Any working under counter freezer please, (or a chest freezer a similar size at a stretch). Many thanks. :-)
Speed touch 580/580i wireless multi-user gateway. Not sure what it is, not sure if it works, was just helping somebody get rid of a load of stuff after they revamped their holiday lets, and this has sat in my car for a few weeks, charity shops won't take electricals, nor will the council recycling centre unless it goes to landfill. If you want to take pot luck come and get it from Okehampton, near to the Exeter Road Industrial Estate.
We have two four-month-old cockerels who are either needing new homes or will become coq-au-vin. They are friendly and healthy and one of them is at least part cochin (see the feathered feet). They are both accidental births from bought eggs I put under a broody bantam.
If anyone would like one of them, I'd be pleased. I'm quite happy to casserole them but they have given us enormous fun while they were growing up so it's only fair to offer them a better life. Thanks! Maggy
Mobility Aid, Step Stool with long handle for extra security, ideal for getting in and out the bath or for reaching top shelves in the kitchen. Good condition, no rust, must go ASAP please. Collect in Okehampton.
Celery Lathom Self Blanching, Radish F1 Mars Hybrid, Cabbage Summer Jewel F1, Padron Chilli Pepper. Planting dates vary, 1 pack is Dec 17 (take a chance!), 2 packs 2020, 1 pack 2019. If you can use them, let me know.
Working order although it says it needs the Magenta cartridge changing. No problem—it has a spare one of those. It's also got a complete set of spare inks and a power cable. You'll need your own USB cable to connect and any software will be online.
Canon A4 scanner (model Canoscan LiDE 30) in good condition. Very compact, only 3cm tall. No idea if it is working, last time I used it was about 3yrs ago. It needs a USB cable and you'll need to find the software online. Doesn't need a power cable as it's powered via USB.
Advertising on behalf of a friend, two reptile tanks (glass) and at least one of them has heat pads. I have no measurements or other details, you will need to speak to the owner. Please let me have your name and telephone number and I will pass your details on to the owner and get him to call you. You will need to collect from Sampford Courtenay, near Okehampton, so you will need a car (no public transport)
Large cage, once used for a parrot, not used for years. Tall, on legs, blue metal frame, brass effect cage sides and arch top. Been stored in a shed, needs a clean. Will need collecting from Sampford Courtenay near Okehampton, I am advertising it for a friend. Please reply WITH YOUR TEL NO AND NAME and I will pass to owner for him to contact you. I have no photos or measurements, you will need to talk to the owner.
Very large larder fridge. Well used but still working. Getting rid because a house move means we need a normal fridge freezer rather than 2 separate units. Its working perfectly, has a sticky back plastic front to cover some rust spots, and the vegetable cooler in the bottom is mended with duct tape. All of the glass shelves are intact and undamaged. I have loved having this large fridge and regret that I have to get rid of it! Needs collecting ASAP please, and you will need two people because I can't help you move it.
Small bag of wood chips, small "bale" of grass (about a foot square x 4inches deep) no longer needed.
I am offering this on behalf of a friend, items will need collecting from Sampford Courtenay near Okehampton, out in the sticks! Let me have your contact tel no and I will pass this to him and get him to call you.
I am making this offer on behalf of a friend. Please email me with what item you are interested in and your contact tel no, I will then pass this on to him and get him to call you. You will need to collect this item from Sampford Courtenay near Okehampton.
Large parrot cage on legs. Blue metal outer frame, gold effect cage which needs a rub down and clean. I do not have further details of a photo, you will have to talk to the owner
I am making this offer on behalf of a friend. If you are interested please give me a contact telephone number and make sure I know what items you are interested in, and I will pass your details on to him and he will phone you. You will need to collect from Sampford Courtenay, Okehampton,
3 very large planters with very large aloe vera plants in, the plants have grown out over the side and are around 3ft across. Please say if you want all three or just one or two, that way other freegle users may get a look in!
This is just the mattress, not a bed. It's quite old - has very bright 1970s-type flowers all over it - but the lady who gave it to us says it's only 20 years old and has rarely been used. It's in full working order and unstained. It's very bendy and should get into a hatchback.
Please if anyone can help me, as I have just moved into a home with my children and urgently need basic items as I have nothing at the moment. It happened so quick so haven't had time to save or anything.
Trying to create a wildlife corner in the garden, need big old natural lumps of wood that I can sit onto bark chips, plant a few wild flowers and grasses then leave it alone and see who/what takes up residence. As long as it will fit in an estate car (don't have a chain saw) then I'd love to have it please.
I want to create a "retaining wall" in my little sloping garden by having a row of water tanks/leaky water butts/clean oil drums or anything similar, and fill the top of them with soil and use as a raised plant bed. If you have anything like this I would be most grateful to have it for this experiment, it has to be a minimum of 24inches high and preferably with straight sides so that they can butt up against each other to let me have 2 level patches of grass rather than a slope.
Ideal for storage in sheds, craft room, etc. There is a dozen of them so far, might be one or two more to come. Collect from east side Okehampton near Exeter Road Industrial Estate (where the recycling centre is).
Not perfect but still very useable. Taking up room in the shed, want to get rid of it as soon as possible please, collect from Okehampton. You must be fit and strong enough to move it all on your own as I can't help.
I am offering a wooden frame of an installation that has been in Castle Drogo for the last two years. It's now time to take it down, we don't have anywhere to store it and it seems a shame to break it down and take it to the skip!
The frame will come without the windows (as we are keeping the coloured panels), which will make holes large enough for a child or small adult to climb into. The frame is very robust and currently painted dark green and varnished with an interior varnish. With a few alterations for the outdoors, it would work well as a playhouse!
Dimensions - base diameter 2.9m (9' 6'') , upper part diameter 2m (6'6''). Total height 1.7m (5' 7")
The base breaks down into quarters (1.5m x 1.5m - 5' x 5') and the top breaks into halves (2m x 1m - 6'6" x 3'4"). It is made from plywood and MDF.
It needs to be removed THIS WEEKEND from Castle Drogo. We'll be there on Sunday 9th and Monday 10th.
Please contact me on 07966 028828 if you have any questions, and do pass this on to anyone you know who might be interested!
A frame wooden picnic table. Seats 4 adults. Central hole for parasol. Reasonable condition but would probably benefit from a further coat of preserver.
Comes with heavy duty outdoor cover.
For collection only please.
Single sleeping bag, which has an integral blow up mattress in it, in a kind of "pillow case" pocket on the back. All I can say is that it was ok the last time it was used, but that was about 6 or 7 years ago. Its been in a dusty shed ever since, so it will be "pot luck" for you whether it is still leak free. Need the space and don't go camping anymore. Collect from Okehampton
Got a box here with 60+ jiffy bags and stiff card envelopes, all been used, all re=usable, all you need is some labels, and selotape to seal. Also got a large bag of packaging material too-bubble wrap and foam sheets, you can have that if you want it. Most of them are DVD size or bigger, and a few smaller ones. Seems a shame to go buying new ones and put these in landfill. No messing about, want them gone ASAP, first come first served. :-)

A pamphlet issued by GPO when the first automatic telephone system was Installed in Brighton area. It's dated 1935, gives instruction on using the new automatic telephones and shows diagrams of what looks to be the Siemens 16 exchanges that were in use up to the early sixties.
A bit of local history if anyone wants it and it's in almost unused / unread condition.
Update : I've had 4 people interested - I will pick one and post it.
I'll post to you since I'm in Devon!
Epson ALC-1900 laser printer. Powers on but comes up with "Error 023" and stops. I have kept it going for a good few years by 'cheating' here and there and although I think there's a 'cheat' for this one it's buried deep in the machine and I don't have the time. So, if anyone wants to take it on they get the printer, a 500-sheet paper tray (that's the bottom section in the photos - sorry for them being a bit blurred), power cable, parallel cable, USB cable, software discs, setup guides in various languages and a spare (used) toner cartridge - black, I think. It even has its box! Beware that it is very heavy and needs a biggish boot to hold it.
Large gas BBQ by CharBroil. Cast aluminium body with glass window and thermometer. Side burner for saucepan/kettle. Steel framed wheeled trolley. Gas bottle about half full. It's too big for just us two!
Epson Stylus Photo RX585 printer/scanner/copier. Complete with five spare inks. Cosmetically disadvantaged but in good working order. Paper guide needs taping to stay in place (fixing one side is broken) but it’s done a few years with tape so it’s not a problem. Comes with a tray for printing CDs or DVDs. It’s not been used for a while so the print heads will probably need cleaning. Inks are available and a full set of compatibles costs under £15. Software CD seems to have gone missing (I’ll try to hunt it out) but readily available online for Mac or PC.
Various different Epson photo papers, inkjet papers and business card papers. Most have been opened and a few sheets used, but paper should be in perfect condition inside original packaging as they have been stored in a dry room with the boxes closed.

I need a 4ft double bed please, a small double, with or without mattress, wood or metal, with or without storage, as long as its sturdy I don't mind what it is. Please NOT a 4ft 6 as there is not room for it. Thank you
Whole set of 16 books of the Left Behind series (all about the Rapture and the years that follow it), a great read, (and there have been some good films made too). There is a mixture of hardbacks and paperbacks, all would cost around £3 to £8 each on Ebay. Also included, "Are we living in end of times" book by the same authors.
I HAVE A VISITOR COMING CHRISTMAS, AND NEED A HIGH CHAIR FOR AN 18MONTH OLD. It will make things easier rather than having a push chair in the kitchen. If it is a foldable one, I will keep it for future visits. If its not a foldable one, then after Christmas it will probably go back on Freegle, or go to a local charity. Can collect around the Okehampton area. Many thanks.
After changing my living room around, I now find HELP! I don't have anywhere to put the old fake Christmas tree! That won't do! If anyone has an old tripod, or one of those very small but tall plant tables, or anything else similar that I could use, I'd be very grateful. As long as the legs are sturdy and it can stand alone, I'm sure I can cobble something together.
Two very sturdy cardboard tubes, handy if you need to post very long Christmas presents :)
207cm long, 8.5cm diameter. 48cm long, 8.5cm diameter.
Both have plastic caps on both ends.

Hi folks. I need a 3ft memory foam mattress please. I have lumps on my hip bones, and can't sleep on my side, feel like I've been kicked by a horse!! They won't operate so I'm stuck with it, and I'm fed up with sleeping in an armchair. I thought if I had a memory foam mattress, maybe I could carve out a space for these blasted lumps, so they wouldn't get so bruised. Anything is worth trying, I just want to sleep in a bed like everyone else!! :'-(
