We love to hear why people Freegle - it keeps our volunteers volunteering, and it helps show new freeglers what it's all about.

"Pre War" 2

Having lived through rationing, it was ingrained in me that nothing should be wasted and you should buy only what is necessary. Through the past years things have become easier to buy and easier to aquire items which we don't really need. However the principle of waste not want not is still in my DNA and combined with the global warming problem Freegle is a wonderful way to pass on items which are still good enough for someone to use but no longer needed nor wanted by their present owner. So carry on Freegling!
