WANTED: Special needs pushchair tandem (Bushey, WD23)

Hi all,
I’m searching on the off chance that someone would be willing to pass on a tandem special needs pushchair for 8 year old autistic child with developmental delay and his toddler sibling.
I’m supporting a friend who has already contacted charity organisations as well as her local authority for support.
Equally, any recommendations for safety items - car seats, harnesses, anything else… those would be gratefully received also!
