DESCRIPTION
Hi! I’m an incoming Oxford student, arriving on 21 September and I’m hoping to set up my room as sustainably and affordably as possible by reusing things rather than buying everything new.
I’m looking for any of the following in usable condition:
**Kitchen**
* Saucepans / pots
* Frying pan
* Plates, bowls and mugs
* Cutlery
* Cooking utensils (wooden spoon, spatula, ladle, etc.)
* Chopping board
* Kitchen knife
* Colander / strainer
* Food-storage containers
* Tea towels
* Any other useful student kitchen basics
**Cleaning**
* Mop / floor cleaner
* Bucket
* Dustpan and brush
* Small bin / wastebasket
* Cleaning cloths / sponges
* Bin bags
* Any unused cleaning supplies
**Laundry / Room**
* Laundry basket or laundry bag
* Clothes hangers
* Drying rack / clothes airer
* Storage boxes or baskets
* Small desk/bin organisers
* Extension lead
* Desk lamp
**Other student essentials**
I would also be very grateful for anything you think might be useful for a student moving into university accommodation for the first time. This could include items you no longer need and would otherwise throw away or donate.
