OFFERED: Garden Play House - needs refurb (Westcliff-on-Sea (SS0))
DESCRIPTION
This wood construction Roughly 4ft x 4ft x 4ft + pitched roof:
Base is flooring grade chipboard on wood bearers, in reasonable condition but will need a bit of care during re-assembly;
Sides are tongue and groove cladding on wood frame;
Roof is OSB covered with heavy duty PVC tarp;
Window panes are plastic, one missing;
Hinges need a bit of oil, but still work
It's in 'playworn' condition so it needs a scrub down and a coat of paint before re-assembly
Re-assembly probably only needs a screwdriver (cordless is useful)
All screws included (screws together from inside - just re-use previous holes)
Spiders optional
The inside is bare wood - so you may want to check for splinters or perhaps paint inside too
The vendor is not responsible for repeated cries of "is it ready yet?" while being re-furb'd
At present, there is no council tax payable on play houses - but this could change...
Note: it's been re-stashed pending collection - but the pieces can be inspected if you wish
