Fully functional last time used; has digital tuner for Freeview recording. Plays DVDs and CDs. Comes with remote control and power lead. SCART only, but SCART to HDMI adaptors are cheaply available online. I am not the keyholder, but am posting for a third party; contact details will be supplied to enquirer whom you must contact directly. Thanks Robert
