Tow bar mounted bike rack. With rear light set and and licence plate holder. This is a heavy-duty steel construction, designed to hold 2 bikes (but you can squeeze a 3rd on there if you want). Includes a quick release tilt mechanism, so you can open the rear car door without having to take the rack off the car.
Not suitable for some modern racing bikes, because of the way the mount sits between the bike pedal and frame.
